  1. Good stuff.

    I was never a big fan of the bench press or any exercise where you lay on your back. I used to exercise early in the morning, and when I laid down on the bench I felt more like going to sleep than working out. I was also alone so my other concern was dropping the bar.

    Doing exercises like push ups and dips seems to work well for me.
