After
we receive your questionnaires, a C.H.E.K. practitioner will
review them and contact you to set-up a Comprehensive Postural
Assessment. C.H.E.K. practitioners apply the science of biomechanics
(the study of the anatomical principles of movement) and kinesiology
(the study of muscular movement, especially the mechanics
of human motion). To affect a lasting change, we go beyond
your symptoms and uncover the cause of your malfunction
or pain.
After your assessment, we will design a customized exercise
program based on both your assessment and submitted questionnaires.
Exercise programs generally consist of pre-exercise mobilizations
and stretches along with resistance & cardio training.
You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of
your exercise program, including such elements as Rest, Tempo,
Intensity, Duration, Repetitions and Sets.
All exercise programs are designed with minimal equipment
and can be performed with your trainer or on your own, in
the convenience of your home, gym or outdoors. If you wish,
we can make a DVD of your program, for your future reference.
